1) Waiting time: A fee will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the confirmation. 2) Overtime & Late pickup fee:Pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of pre-arranged time described on the run sheet. You have up to 30 minutes of free time for domestic flight and 01 hour for international flights from the time the plane lands. Additional time will be calculated at $32.97 per each 1/2 hour. Late fee of $25.00 will be charged from 11:45pm until 3:45am. There is a mandatory GATE MEETING at the airport for flights arriving from 11:45pm and 3:45am. 3) Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any vehicle type less than two (2) hours prior to scheduled pick-up in the continental United States, and less than 24 hours if international, will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the service fee(s). If you do not see your chauffeur, you must call (866)685-4666 to avoid a "No Show" charge which is equal to the base fare price of the trip plus service fee(s). RedTie Transportation, LLC shall not be liable for passenger flights or trains that are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed or any other incident, which results in failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy. In situations arising from cancellations and re-bookings, RedTie Transportation, LLC will do its best to fulfill clients' needs without detriment to other reserved clients’ RedTie Transportation, LLC. Terms and conditions may be changed at any time, without notice thereof, by updating this information. 4) Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.) 5)RedTie has the right to refuse service to anyone. 6)Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.7)Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. 8) Pets: For pets and animals, a $20.00 fee will be charged for in cage animals and a $50.00 fee for out of cage animals, other cleaning fees may apply if needed. 9) RedTie Transportation, LLC provides extreme privacy regarding credit card information, which will be kept secure discretion.10)Any refund has to be discussed directly with RedTie Transportation, LLC and if approved it will refunded between 1 to 7 business days.11) All deposits are NON refundable. 12) The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. A fee of $500.00 is charged for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $300.00 11) Alcohol: Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. 12)Any fine will be paid for by the customer. 13)The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s) 14) Sunroof: It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. 15) Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. 16) Lost Items: Not responsible for articles left in the vehicl
